I process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations of the European Union, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and, in addition, the Federal Data Protection Act. 2. Data processing when accessing the website www.sk-legal.international


Use of the website www.sk-legal.international is possible without registration and login. However, personal data is also collected to a certain extent when you visit my website for information purposes only. For technical reasons, your internet browser automatically transmits data to my web server when you access my website. This includes the date and time of access, URL of the referring website, file accessed, amount of data sent, browser type and version, operating system and your IP address. This data is stored separately from other data that you provide when using my offer. It is not possible for me to assign this data to a specific person. The data is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes and for reasons of IT security law and then deleted.


This data processing takes place within the scope of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter (f) GDPR for the provision and display of the website, for ensuring and maintaining technical operation, for the purpose of identifying and eliminating faults and for IT security reasons (e.g. to clarify cases of abuse or fraud).


3. Data processing in the event of a contact request


If you send me an inquiry via email, your personal data from and relating to this inquiry will be processed for the purpose of answering your inquiry. This is also done on the basis of my legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.


4.Cookies


Only technically necessary cookies are used on my website, which are necessary for the operation of the website and its functions. This is permitted without your consent. You can deactivate this consent via the settings in your browser. However, it is then possible that you will only be able to use the functionalities of the website to a limited extent.


5. Your rights as a data subject


As a data subject, you have various rights under the GDPR. These are in detail:

- right to information: You have the right to request information about the data stored about you and its origin.

- Right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing: You have the right to request the correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data.

- Right to data portability: If you have provided me with data on the basis of a contract or consent, you can request that you receive the data you have provided in a structured, common and machine-readable format, or that it be transmitted to another person responsible.

I will then refrain from processing your data from the time you object, unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims .

- Withdrawal of consent : Your consent can be revoked at any time.


You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates applicable law. 6. Sharing of Data


Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

I only pass on your personal data to third parties if

- you have given your express consent to this (Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. (a) GDPR);

- this is permitted by law and required for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR;

- there is a legal obligation for the transfer according to Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. (c) GDPR;

- Disclosure is necessary in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.
